What we collect

We count visits and interactions using a random browser identifier. We store the page path, event type, referring website hostname, and campaign labels included in the URL so we can understand aggregate journeys and improve the guide. We do not store the referring page’s search terms or full URL, IP addresses, names, medical details, or exact matcher answers. If you use the commute planner, your starting address remains in your browser and is only placed into the Google Maps route link you choose to open. It is not submitted to or stored by this guide.

Google Maps content

Office photos and map links may be provided by Google Maps Platform. Requests for that content are subject to the Google Privacy Policy. Photographer attribution and links to the original Google Maps content are displayed when provided.

Contact information

The call-sheet form stores your name, email, consent, page path, and campaign label so we can provide the resource and occasional guide emails. It does not store your starting address, matcher answers, selected treatment, or three-office shortlist. Patient inquiry forms collect the contact details and request information shown before submission. The practice correction form collects a submitter’s name, email, phone, role, correction details, and evidence links. Correction submissions are stored privately for editorial review and do not automatically appear on public profiles. The public comparison guide does not require an account.
